Bill Barber -President and CEO Bill Barber

Mr. Barber brings 20 years of management and corporate development experience in a Fortune 500 company and in the founding, funding, and development of start-ups. He has a degree in Aquatic Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado. He has worked closely with multiple private companies as CEO, investor, board member, and advisor. With 10 years of experience in the private funding of startup ventures and as a charter member of the Maverick Angels investment network (www.maverickangels.com) he has been an integral part of the screening, due-diligence, and funding of multiple alternative-energy, biotech, and medical device companies. In his own ventures, he was the founder and CEO of DVDPlay (www.dvdplay.com), the world’s first fully automated and remotely managed network of DVD rental machines, he successfully initiated the concept, defined and developed the product, accomplished funding initiatives, prototyping, market testing, marketing, Intellectual Property development, and corporate and business development leading to attracting top management talent in the Silicon Valley, and the eventual test marketing within 200 McDonalds locations, and VC funding for positioning in Safeway, Vons, Albertsons, Dominick’s grocery stores and more in thousands of locations in the U.S. and Canada. After DVDPlay, Mr. Barber became the CEO of Displaytronix Inc. a provider of specialized repair technologies for flat-panel displays. There he accomplished a corporate turnaround by spearheading; business development, corporate management adjustments, financing initiatives, process reengineering, sales growth, renegotiation of customer contracts, and within one year successfully positioned and completed the sale of Displaytronix Inc to Celestica Inc, ( www.celestica.com) one of the top-4 global leaders in contract manufacturing. As an early employee of Amgen, Inc (www.amgen.com), now the world leading Biotech giant, he was a big part of the initial development of the Quality Department, developed countless laboratory processes, and led several projects in lab automation systems in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Combinatorial Chemistry. Barber currently is co-founder and CEO of ISOmatrix, Inc (www.isomatrix.com) and is a personal consultant to Dilts Ventures (www.diltsventures.com), an Innovation Accelerator Company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Non-Profit company; CanCure; a charitable organization focused on the curing of inoperable solid tumor cancers, including breast, prostate, colon and lung cancers (www.cancurecancer.org) and is an advisor to multiple early stage companies.

Rick Saldivar –Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Saldivar has 27 years of technical and non-technical hands-on experience, in creating, documenting, and implementing Business, Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety Management Systems in multiple industries. These systems increase the effectiveness, productivity, and profitability of: Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Materials, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Materials, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Environmental Management, and Health & Safety activities. He has personlly led the implementation of hundreds of ISO systems. As the Chief Technical Officer for ISOmatrix, Rick has established a Systems Approach to implementing these business systems. Lauded by many of the major ISO registrars, the systems allow small, med, and large companies to simplify and streamline their regulated activities to improve compliance and management. Among other accomplishments, over a 10-year period, Rick was the key architect and implementer of the successful Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001) and OHSA Health and Safety Systems (ISO18001) for General Motors’ Willow Run Transmission plants with more than 5-Million square feet of production facilities and 5,500 personnel.

Gary Clark– Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Clark combines a 38-year career in engineering and sales management in the telecommunications and high-tech industries including engineering for fiber optic electronics design, and the communications systems routes for venues sites at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. As regional VP of Sales for ECI Telecom, he developed sales solutions for digital communications equipment into the major communication operating companies. As a leading expert in guiding companies through the California ETP fast track funding program, he has successfully led dozens of companies to hundreds of thousands of dollars focused on business improvement. As the sales leader for ISOmatrix, Mr. Clark works with his sales team to create unique, customized Systems Solutions derived from the specific business requirements and business drivers of each company.
